» Can non-lawyers attend a Voss Event?
Yes and they frequently do. Our speakers are informed of the make-up of the audience before the day and tailor their presentations accordingly. CPD and MCLE points, the professional development points for lawyers, can simply be ignored by non-lawyers.
» How do I register?
Register online or download a hard copy brochure and registration form. Fill this in and mail it to us, telephone or email us with the same details required by the registration form. Please see our contact page.
» What is your cancellation policy?
The general cancellation policy is subject to any particular rule or rules stated on the brochure for an event or events
If you register and then cannot attend an event a substitute may take your place. You may send someone to an event to collect the papers in your absence and the absence of a replacement. Alternatively (provided that you let us know that you will not be able to attend at least 5 working days before the event) a credit will be given for any future seminar, to be used within 6 months of issue.
» Can I attend just one seminar or part of a seminar, or share a ticket with a colleague?
This varies from seminar to seminar. Please contact us if you would like to do this.
» I will arrive late to a seminar. Do I need to sign in during the registration period?
No. Please come as soon as is convenient.
» Are there any concessions available for sole traders, students, charities etc?
This varies from seminar to seminar. Please contact us.
» Can I turn up to attend a seminar on the day without registering first?
You certainly can do but please contact us to check if there are any places left and note that the full standard rate will apply.
» Do you accept Diners and American Express cards?
Yes we do. A 4% fee will be added if you choose to pay by Amex (a 1.5% fee for any other credit card including Diners).
