» Can non-lawyers attend a Voss Event?
Yes and they frequently do. Our speakers are informed of the make-up of the audience before the day and tailor their presentations accordingly. CPD and CLE points, the professional development points for lawyers, can simply be ignored by non-lawyers.
» How do I register?
There is a registration form on the last page of every brochure. Fill this in and mail it to us, telephone or email us with the same details required by the registration form. Please see our contact page.
» What is your cancellation policy?
The general cancellation policy is subject to any particular rule or rules stated on the brochure for an event or events
If you register and then cannot attend an event a substitute may take your place. You may send someone to an event to collect the papers in your absence and the absence of a replacement. Alternatively (provided that you let us know that you will not be able to attend at least 5 working days before the event) a credit will be given for any future seminar, to be used within 6 months of issue.
» Can I attend just one seminar or part of a seminar, or share a ticket with a colleague?
This varies from seminar to seminar. Please contact us if you would like to do this.
» I will arrive late to a seminar. Do I need to come in and register during the registration period?
No. Please come as soon as is convenient and we will register you and give you seminar papers on your arrival.
» What is the special rate for sole traders?
This varies from seminar to seminar. Please contact us if you are a sole trader.
» Can I turn up to attend a seminar on the day without registering first?
You certainly can do but please contact us to check if there are any places left and note that the full standard rate will apply.
» Do you accept Diners and American Express cards?
Yes we do. Please note that a 4% fee will be added on to your invoice if you choose to pay by Diners or Amex
» How does the David Jones gift card scheme work?
Gift cards will be available for collection at the seminar venue on the seminar day only. If you cannot attend please send a colleague to collect papers and the gift card/s
